Fano Labs Limited is a Hong Kong based AI language technology company founded in 2015 as a spin off from the University of Hong Kong and incubated at Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation.

The company specializes in multilingual enterprise AI for organizations operating in complex language environments, especially those involving Cantonese, Mandarin, mixed language conversations, and Southeast Asian dialects.

Its flagship product, Callinter, analyzes call recordings to identify compliance risks, sales insights, and customer sentiment with reported accuracy of over 90%.

Fano Labs serves major enterprise clients including HSBC, Citibank, DBS Hong Kong, Hang Seng Bank, The Bank of East Asia, Cathay, and China Mobile Hong Kong.

After securing Series B funding in May 2024, Fano Labs opened a Singapore office to support its expansion across the APAC region.
